Terms of service

Effective October 15, 2026.

By using papereasel.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

·       Who we sell to: we sell to U.S. customers only, and you must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to order.

·       Products and prices: we try to show colors, patterns and prices accurately. Screen colors vary. If a price or listing is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

·       Pack pricing and discounts: pack prices apply automatically in the cart. When more than one discount could apply to the same item, the better discount applies; they don't add together.

·       Orders: we may limit or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

·       Shipping and returns: covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

·       Our designs: the Card Easel and Photo Easel designs, the Designer Patterns artwork, the Paper Easel™ name and logo, Ermie, and the photos and text on this site, including the Veterans Day story, are ours or used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use.

·       Other brands: brands shown in customer-style photos (for example, Harley-Davidson) belong to their owners. We're not affiliated with them.

·       Liability: our products are paper display easels, not toys. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

·       Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

·       Changes: we may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies.
