Refund policy
Effective October 15, 2026.
· What we accept: unopened, undamaged packs in their original resealable wrapper.
· Time limit: request a return within 30 days of delivery.
· Return postage: paid by the purchaser.
· Restocking fee: $3.00 per return, taken out of your refund.
· The free introductory 2-pack can't be returned for a refund, since nothing was charged for it.
1. Email Ermie@papereasel.com with your order number and the packs you're returning.
2. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Mail the packs back. We suggest a trackable service, since we can't refund packs that don't arrive.
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the product price minus the $3.00 restocking fee to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, email us.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost, with no restocking fee.
